I didn't have my origional site, but I have two that will do it, with a bit
of arithmatic:

What does appear racist is the fact that murders with white victims are much
more likely to result in an execution.  The ratio is 350-54 according to my
first source.  And, since my second source states that 46% of the victims
are black, this is a statisticaly significant ratio.
