We're kind of doing that here in Ca. with the advertising campaign against the tobacco industry (supported by a tobacco tax). They've even come down hard on Philip Morris's phony do-gooder ads. Of course a company like Anheuser Bush has a lot of dough to combat any efforts to compromise their influence, but you could always raise alcohol taxes... Doug
