I'm arguing that the restrictions on the rights in the second ammendment are
in the ammendment itself.  A context is given.  I would argue that is it
similar to the third ammendement where people have an absolute right to not
quarter soldiers, except in time of war when the requirement is only that it
be done in accordance with the law.

As I said elsewhere, I'm for examining the grammar of the times to extricate
the meaning of the sentence.  Indeed, I would argue that the rest of the
Constitution would be a good place to start.
