I already gave details about this earlier, more precisely on July 2nd 2001, 
in the "Bill Moyers Reports: Earth on Edge" thread. You can find it in the 
eGroups archive.

The post includes a link to a Dutch government website; I obtained 
additional information from http://www.duurzame-energie.nl, the site of the 
"Informatiecentrum Duurzame Energie", or "Information Center for Renewable 
Energy".

Do Dutch government websites (and sites linked to from government websites) 
qualify as reliable sources, or does the Dutch government's policy of 
promoting green power make them by definition uncredible sources?
