True. What WE suggest is that legislation forces car
manufacturers, from, say 6 months time to use Fuel Cells, NOT
conventional engines in all their cars.
So new cars cost a bit more...people WILL accept that, and the
befefits will filter down through the years as a greater and greater
percentage HAVE fuel cells..

things getting WORSE in America. At least they're TRYING in

Yes, there is that. I've see the figures, I mught add..I don't believe
we CAN chage fast enough. Which is why my organisation is
putting over half its funds right now into helping the establushment
of capitive breeding programs and artificial enviroments in the most
threatened ecosystems of the world...

Uh-huh. You mean the whackos who riot every time world leaders
meet? Sorry, all THEY do is give themselves (and since some are
