Liberty, I argue, is over-rated. It's a term abused today to allow
execcess of all sorts to occur, a term used to protect the
deverstation of this world. It's a shield used by criminals....

How can we ALLOW people who are not fit to raise a child to have
one, how can we ALLOW children to be raised in appaling
conditions?

The exact critera for allowing..well, that's another story. But, we
have too many people on this world allready, and we don't need
children to the extent that many societys in the world advocate.
