OK, second attempt to finish my sentence:

[You seem ... Christian], someone who believes all life is sacred, and it's
up to God and only up to God to decide about such matters. By putting a
monetary value on a life however, you are putting a monetary value on a gift
from God.

Somehow that doesn't sound right. Heck, I doubt your God would appreciate
that...
