You initially only mentioned you value your life at 0.5 - 1 billion dollars.
Later (after I commented on it), the stuff about "medicine, food <etcetera>
was added. By definition, this is changing your statement.

Excuse me? The fact that I don't automatically assume that people with money
will use their wealth to "do good for the world" does not mean I am unable
to connect money with the power to do "good".
