Sounds like my machine: P200 (no MMX), 32 MB RAM and a 1.2 Gb harddisk
(added a 1.6 Gb drive later). Bleeding-edge when I bought it. Nowadays it's
considered old and slow, and is usually referred to in foul language...

As for browsers, I find myself using Opera (www.opera.com) more and more.
It's a lot more stable than Netscape (which crashes at least once a day),
and takes up significantly less disk space (Netscape: 23.4 Mb, Opera: 3.4
Mb). The only reasons I still use Netscape and IE are that I haven't
imported my bookmarks into Opera yet, and Opera sometimes doesn't display
websites properly.

Oh, and of course to check if my web designs look the same in all three
browsers.
