What guarantees are in place? Governments - /rational/ governments -
don't act on hope.

excessive:
- assisinations
- rocket attacks against targets of questionable value in heavily
populated areas
- tank attacks against rock-throwing mobs
- economic strangleholds through restriction of free movement creating
ghettos
I don't believe either side is right, but it seems so horridly wrong
what your government is doing from over here.
