I agree.
Three IRA members were recently caught in Columbia, teaching their
techniques to the FARC, who are involved in the drug trade. They
are also known to have contacts with Libya. Almost anyone could
have copied the IRA's methodology.
The only people currently using suicide bombers are middle
eastern groups. They are the most likely suspects, though it
is too soon to jump to conclusions.
It seems too organised to be the product of a random group
of madmen. Bin Laden has arranged attacks requiring
a similar degree of organisation in the past without leaks
and other terror groups have a similar capability.
