Low-yield or not, it is still a nuclear attack. If you want to take out
something like, say, an army base, you can achieve that by non-nuclear means
too.

There is of course one little detail that is standing in the way of a
nuclear attack: the promise from the US that they will never be the first to
launch a nuclear weapon. But then, I do not doubt that the US will break
that promise if it suits their needs.

Great. We will remember that when the terrorists start attacking European
targets because of that. Since the US is dragging us into this, I suppose
that after the war the US will come this way to clean up the mess?
