It is not. I can choose not to *read* an e-mail, but I cannot choose not to
*receive* an e-mail.

Copy & Paste is the other option. However, when you attach a file, you can
keep the e-mail itself in plain text (no HTML). The attachment may be in
HTML, but you only received it after you specifically asked for it.

Guess you were not around, back when a month with less than 1,400 messages
was considered a relatively QUIET month...
