The U.S. has never had any sanctions in place for _Food_.  That was what
the whole 'food for oil' programme was about.  The Iraqies still starve,
why?  The Iraqi government want them to starve.  And these people fully
support the Iraqi government.  The U.S. does not want the people of Iraq
to starve.  And last but not least, the Iraqi government blames the U.S.
for why it's people suffer.  You can't blame the U.S. for why these
people starve.
