So he can't build a missile.. so what?  All that results in is more
proof of what a scam the missile defense shield scare is.

Seriously though.. how hard IS it to build a device capable of an
explosive force larger than the explosion needed to compress the
radioactive mass to density? IIRC, its not all /that/ hard, given a good
machine shop.
