Can someone educate me on the EMP effect? I know that it is an
electromagnetic pulse and it screws with electronics. So having said that,
here is my question: Does the EMP fry ALL electronics or only the ones that
are activated at the time? Like will it disable a vehicle with electronic
ignition even though it may be off?
