Well, apparently Mr. Walker is a US citizen, who proudly proclaims himself
a member of both the Taliban and Al Qaeda.  Additionally, Mr. Walker
apparently fought alongisde Taliban soldiers in a battle that resulted in
US combat deaths. 

This seems to me like the very definition of treason to me.   And even if
he is not treason, as a member of the Taliban we should find him guilty of
crimes against humanity.   Take your pick.
