I have conflicting opinions on this one. He did in fact fight against
American soldiers and interests, but on the other hand, isn't "freedom of
choice" what America is all about? He chose to fight for the ideals of the
Taliban. So be it. Now he can suffer that same fate as other captured
Taliban soldiers.

I think that he should at least lose his American citizenship and be banned
from the US for life, but I would say allow him to stay, and treat him like
other Afghan soldiers that have been captured.
