I must admit Israel is smaller than I thought. It is only half the size of
The Netherlands (20,770 sq.km. for Israel (Occupied Territories not
included) versus 41,526 sq.km. for The Netherlands).

However, I could not find a map that showed the locations of Palestinian
refugee camps in the various Arab countries...

Maybe some Jews would have managed to survive, but I doubt Hitler would have
allowed them to form the state of Israel.

As for the Spanish Inquisition: they did not specifically persecute Jews;
they went after anyone who somehow did not behave in the way the Church
wanted.
