There is little to discuss: UN Resolution 37/194 (Principles of Medical Ethics) deems it unethical. The clearest Principle on this is Principle 3: "It is a contravention of medical ethics for health personnel, particularly physicians, to be involved in any professional relationship with prisoners or detainees the purpose of which is not solely to evaluate, protect or improve their physical and mental health." http://www.unhchr.ch/html/menu3/b/h_comp40.htm Jeroen _________________________________________________________________________ Wonderful World of Brin-L Website: http://www.Brin-L.com Tom's Photo Gallery: http://tom.vanbaardwijk.com
