May be because, there are mistakes. "al" is something like English "the", so it can't come before "Hamdu" - verb.

The translation is:

Good morning to you! Morning of light to you!

How are you feeling? I am OK, Allah be praised

And your family? Allah be praised

And your work? Allah be praised.
