Brin-L *is* unmoderated. Moderated means that posts are sent to a moderator, who reads the post and then sends it to the list (or decides not to send it, depending on the contents). Spam is blocked by allowing only subscribers to post. When a message from a not-subscribed address is sent to Brin-L, the server informs the sender that the message was blocked, and cc's it to the listowners. I usually find three or four of those messages in my Inbox every day... Guess the listowners are very priviliged -- we actually get to see all those wonderful offers which the listserver witholds from you people. <grin> >I think Im slightly pro-Israel, but that may be just >an echo from my racist education, where islamists were >presented always as Evil in the History books [but >so were the Netherlands and the USA :-))))))] Even The Netherlands? How can the most benevolent country in the world *possibly* be depicted as Evil? :-) Jeroen _________________________________________________________________________ Wonderful World of Brin-L Website: http://www.Brin-L.com Tom's Photo Gallery: http://tom.vanbaardwijk.com
