You are suggesting that I pushed someone else to do my dirty work. You are 
wrong. I only asked my fellow listowners for their opinion; I did not ask 
them to "do my dirty work".

Well, we certainly would not object to hearing a "thank you" when we solve 
a member's subscription problem. We also would not object to an occasional 
sign of appreciation for the fact that we have volunteered to devote some 
of our spare time to perform the task of listowner.   :-)

Heaven, no. It would be a bad thing if the listowners could do whatever 
they want without allowing the members to comment or complaint.
