Welcome aboard!  Keep an eye out for an invite from the "skiffcrew"
Yahoo!Group.  Read the handful of messages already there and make your
opinions known.

I'm trying to figure out how much editorial -- as opposed to coordinating
-- control I should try to exert over the effort.  Whatever is done, I
want it to be good.  I also want the process to be a bit of a lark for all
concerned.  How do we achieve a serious lark?  Let me know what you think
in the skiffcrew group.
