I don't think any of us would argue against a reunification similar to that seen in Germany (although it may be much harder on South Korea than the German reunificaiton was on West Germany.) I think, to be precise, one should say that North Korea is not evil; the government of North Korea is evil. North Korea is victimized by its government.
