An excellent question, and one I usually try to answer (even superficially)
when I post a column.

He's apparently an editor-at-large, sr. diplomatic correspondent and author
of the Global Agenda column for Time magazine.

"Michael Elliott was named an editor-at-large for TIME in May 2001, and
began writing his weekly column on globalization for TIME's international
editions.

Before that he completed a new TV documentary for Britain's Channel 4
network. Titled "Talking About Europe," it explores the continent's
political future."

That's about all I found, too, except for a bunch of CNN transcripts. He's
apparently on there a lot discussing European attitudes on terrorism,
globalization, Afghanistan and the Middle East.
