It was good, but there were a few things that could have been better about 
it.  Overall, I'd give it a 9.5 for general viewers, 8.5 for hardcore 
Spider-Fans.  If you haven't seen it yet or if you plan to see it again, be 
sure to say through to the end of the credits, there's a cute little extra 
in the soundtrack.

Problems as I saw them: I though the casting for Aunt May could have been 
better.  A couple of the fight scenes had some pacing problems.  And ...

I had a little problem with the organic webshooter.  Why make that change?  
It doesn't have much of an impact on the plot, I just don't get it.  And 
part of the coolness of Peter Parker in the comic books is that he is 
technologically savvy enought to build things like a webshooter.  It's also 
fun to see him occasionally run out of web fluid and have to improvise 
heavily...

Those problems aside, I liked it a lot overall, and I'm sure I'll pick it up 
on DVD when it becomes available.
