The ding system is great.  But nobody has been dinging lately when dings
have been called for.

Jo Anne hasn't been as active as she once was.  Marvin's attempt to take
up the Wand of Dinging awhile back didn't entirely work.  I wouldn't be
comfortable wielding a Wand of Dinging all the time.

Who's going to ding?
