There is a very good reason why I insisted that the key players should all support the proposal -- you cannot have anything resembling a consensus without that. To relate it to the Middle East, we would end up with a situation where every country in the region agreed to a peace proposal, with Israel being the only exception. The key players on this list are this list's Israel -- we cannot achieve anything if they do not go along with the plan. >7 No matter what, we are still friends! Okay?
