Do you reffer to the clause in the law that if the work as a whole has redeeming social value, political significance, etc., then it is not obscene? I am aware of, and am glad such a clause exists. I dare say, though, the offending posts by Mark held no redeeming social/political value. I also reiterate my argument that the posting of such posts on a list where underage persons may be present is highly innapropriate.
