Your concern is noted, Michael. I agree entirely with you; Mark has violated several written and unwritten rules by now, and IMO his behaviour is such that a temporary suspension of his Brin-L membership is in order (followed by a probation period). However, Brin-L policy dictates that such an action can only be taken after discussing the matter on-list and after a consensus has been reached that this particular step should be taken.
