However, she did not engage in trolling (and certainly not to the extent
that Mark is trolling), did not post sexually explicit posts or promote
killing people.

How long should that "long time to change his behaviour" be? Mark has been
trolling for some six weeks already, sending well over 300 messages. Despite
repeated requests to stop (by several people, and both on-list and
off-list), he continues to troll.
