Is this going to be a majority-rules thing? Seems inappropriate to the
medium.

Perhaps you meant "in order to present ourselves with a consensus?"
And shouldn't we be trying to build a consensus *before* any sort of voting?
For what it's worth, I'm opposed to removing Mark. And I'd hope that we all
would be heavily prejudiced against such actions.
