Abstain. I refuse to vote on this issue before an official policy is established. I thought the list guidelines were the official policy, but I can see from the current discussion that they are not. We cannot just chose to kick someone out because we find them annoying. If his posts had not included obscene and vulgar material, I would be voting "NO" right now, but I think that we need to establish some community rules and if *after* the policy is established, a member violates it, then issue a warning, then if done again, suspend their posting privilages for a while (no vote required, the judgement of whether the person is in violation of rules can be made by the listowners). There has to be an official policy that is applied universally and fairly, not just "This person annoys me, let's vote him of the island... I mean list".
