NO
Do not ban. In the past we were usually successful at just waiting
out annoying posters. Let's try to continue this. While I admit
that I personally killfiled Wilbur07 over a month ago, I find his
posts annoying at most.
I do get the impression that he (and a LONG and nasty debate about
Israel!) have chased away some list members. That is a shame.
But I think it is important to keep things open. Now if other
people wanted to periodically post a disclaimer like "This
really is a nice list, just ignore all posts from Wilbur07",
that would be their right...
