I agree with Michael on this.  If Mark has not been informed that
posting X to the list may result in suspension of his posting
priviledges, he should not be suspended because he's posted X.

As far as I know, the *only* information Mark has been given as to what
action may result in suspension fo posting priviledges is his having
been informed that excessively long messages may result in such
suspension.  (This was done off-list.)  And since he replied to that,
there have been no posts over 10K from him.

At this point, I do not agree that Mark should be prevented from
posting, for the reasons given above.  There is no concensus at this
time.

And that's all I'm going to say on this topic until at *least* sometime
this evening.  (I have shopping to do, trash from 3 closets to deal
with, dinner to make, and all this with a 12-month-old that got a shot
this morning, hence he's not as happy as usual today....)
