Heating water to 75C doesn't afford much efficiency when the outside temperature is 30C. A quick back of the envelope indicates that the upper limit of efficiency at this point is 13%. One other point, the second heat sink must be the outside atmosphere. Otherwise, you will simply heat up the inside of the building faster than you cool it. Dan M.
