Andersen as a firm in the U.S. is all but dead. I wouldn't be surprised to see a bankruptcy filing once they get their affairs in order, such as securing retirement funds from lawsuits and letting sufficient time pass so that their spin-offs and other transactions aren't considered part any bankruptcy. -- Matt
