Yep, libel, slander, and defamation are not protected by the Bill of Rights either, Erik. Erik, I know that easydns is your DNS provider for e-mail forwarding, it took me a whole 2 minutes to find out. One e-mail from Jeroen could possibly lead to your e-mail forwarding service being terminated. I know that won't take out your e-mail, but it would be damn inconvenient for you to have to swap everything over, and I am willing to bet your real provider has similar if not stricter policies. I am posting this hoping that this will encourage Erik to end this thread maturely (meaning , Erik, back your claims as Jeroen is asking you to do or retract those claims entirely). God knows that Jeroen is too proud to walk away. To make this fair, chello.nl... I can't read/understand the language that the site is in, so I am at a loss, but most providers frown on use of abusive language (ex: Asshole, Idiot, etc.) against persons in any public forum, so cool your jets, Jeroen, and be mature about this. Jeroen, frankly I killfiled Erik long ago. I hope you don't choose to use the information I provided just to get at Erik unless he continues the libelous writing after reading this. You will likely only end up making a lot of enemies on-list if you do, even though you would be acting well within your rights. I don't give a damn what he says, and I honestly think that nobody else on the list really cares either. Just walk away from it before you totally blow your own image on the list. As for Erik... If you try to get Jeroen expelled from his provider that would be such tasty irony considering your stand on total freedom of expression. I am guessing you don't want a label of being a hypocrite (as that will totally blow any credibility any of your arguments have), so I am guessing you will not take action against Jeroen unless he initiates action against you. Both of you take this *personal* argument off-list or end it now.
