I do not know such programs, but you should be careful when using them. When port scans show up in a log file (FREX, a firewall's log file), it is usually a sign that someone has been trying to break into the computer. It is often possible to trace those scans back to the computer where they came from; if it would be traced back to you and someone would report it to your ISP, chances are that your account with that ISP will be cancelled (depending on how much your ISP cares what its customers do on the Internet). At one time, a few hundred (!) port scans from the same source appeared in my firewall's log file. I found out through which ISP those attempts were made and filed a complaint with the ISP (complete with the relevant part of the log file, which also included the IP address of the source computer). About a week later, the ISP thanked me for my complaint and informed me that they had traced the hacker and had closed his account. If you are going to this, better remember that phrase that Sgt. Esterhaus always used at the end of roll call: "And hey, hey, hey! Let's be careful out there!" (Two points for the first one who can tell me which TV show that was.)
