The test list is not open to the public yet.  For the moment, I have enough
people testing and giving feedback.

I would urge those who are involved in testing, who feel that there are
subjects on the test list that would properly be brought to the whole list
right now, to summarize, quote, etc., to bring those topics to the attention
of the current list.  I do not want the test list to become anything more
than a place to test, give feedback and brainstorm.

Treating the test list as a privilege seems a bit like paying Tom Sawyer 25
cents to whitewash his fence...
