I hardly think that rises to "important list matters"  Do I need to provide 
transcriptions of every offlist conversation I have that involves the list? Where's 
the line?  Since you're not involved in the conversation, how do you know how 
important it is?  Simply claiming lack of transparency as evidence of a crime is 
faulty at best.
