1) He said it wasn't on the shelf at B&N, which leads me to believe he
goes into a physical store on a regular basis. (*I* don't go to B&N, or
use their on-line ordering, but I'm not going to tell someone else not
to do so if they want to.)
2) If you go into the physical store, or call the physical store, you
don't have to provide an e-mail address, so they can't really spam you
based on *that*. And I don't think they're going to put the resources
into calling you up 3 times a day or anything like that. And besides,
how do you do html over the phone?
