Troubleshooting is part of my job. The problems I encounter are usually related to M$ Windows; I can assure you from personal experience that doing the exact same thing over and over again to fix a problem actually does quite often produce different results. :-)
Question: What do God and M$ Windows have in common?
Answer : They both work in mysterious ways.
