The *only*.........*only*.........*only* countries that have contracts for
post war/blockade Iraqi oil are Russia and France freaking France.
Which puts an interesting slant on UN Security Council voting for those of
you who seem to think the UN is bonded to some sort of halo.

It is also interesting to observe the movements of British Petroleum and
Royal Dutch Shell in that part of the world.

When all this is over the US might be able to *purchase* Iraqi oil, but it
will be from parties who are ahem........strictly European.
