While I WAS kidding around in my "yes" response, I want to point out that the question was extremely vague (and the subject being "FTP" was weird, since that is a possible answer to the question). If Kevin had specified the OS of the source computer and the OS of the remote computer, the size of the file(s), the type of Internet connections the computers have, and what kind of access he has to the remote computer or whether it belongs to someone else, I would have been likely to give a specific and helpful response.
