At least SBC is *competent* when there's an actual phone problem. Try
having Sprint for your phone provider and then reporting a phone
outage....
Oh, and it sucks when your land-lines and mobile are with the same
company if there's a bad case of backhoe fade -- at least if they're
using different networks, you can report the one outage on the other
phone. Sigh.
