That's why I like having access to internal escalation
lists for my long distance provider.  One of the
benefits of working in the quickly-imploding telcom
industry...

Ahhh, backhoe fade.  Doesn't seem to happen as much
lately, since Level 3 finished all their network
construction in the US.  Not that I'm making any
accusations about the competency of their
contractors...
