Exactly. And they're the ones currently driving Cadillac SUVs and Land
Rovers, at least in Austin.
Personally, I think they should have access to the bike lanes, rather
than the sidewalks. The cyclists will teach 'em some manners right
quick.
(And no, not every road has a bike lane, but not every road has a
sidewalk, either. Leastways, not in Travis & Williamson Counties, which
is where I do most of my observing.)
