a) print "BACKUP!!!" in big letters all over their towers and keyboards, and come up with some cool wallpaper in a "BACKUP!!!" motif as a reminder.
b) Set up their systems so that they will force the user to backup, say, once a month. Very advanced users would be able to turn this function off. Novices wouldn't.
